5 course dinner pared with many of authentically German Ayinger Beers

The cost is $55 per person which includes all beers and food pairings listed below plus our special Ayinger Swag Raffle happening at the end of the dinner. Each ticket holder will be entered into a raffle to win a ton of cool Ayinger stuff! Plus, each guest will receive an authentic Ayinger gift as a souvenir from the event.

Seating is limited for this exciting and flavorful event. Vegetarian and Vegan substitutions will be available upon request.

1st Course: Brauweisse
weisswurst, sweet bavarian mustard, pickled radish, cornichons, soft pretzel

2nd Course: Weizenbock
frisee, poached beet, toasted pumpernickel, buttermilk blue, apple cider vinaigrette

3rd Course: Jahrhundert Bier
wiener schnitzel, anchovy aioli, sixty minute egg, caper berry, herb salad

4th Course: Altbairisch Dunkel
sauerbraten, potato latke, spiced apple, red cabbage puree, golden raisin

5th Course: Celebrator
