If you can see the colour of your legs through the fabric AND the pocket, they're see through! I once went to a wedding with a friend who, when he discovered you could see the little planes on his Jockey's, decided to go commando.... "I don't care if they see my willy, I don't want them to see my underwear!" We spent the whole wedding avoiding him and watching the horrified looks of other guests who couldn't HELP but see his willy. Wearing white pants should be be a capital offense....
